Despite the 2nd or 3rd wave of Covid-19 we are working hard to ensure all services and deliveries around the world. All our offices across the globe are watching the local development, the same is valid for all our local country managers. The priority was, is and will be the safety of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers. We are limiting contacts wherever it is possible. Our offices are redesigned to provide more space for the colleagues who need to come to the office to safeguard the operation.
We are also in close contacts with our forwarding agents and supply chain to always find the best possible way for all projects and partners.
We would like to thank all our stakeholders for the continues support in 2020 and your commitments for the future. We are positive that the Partner Tech eco system and Platformconomy will support all our partners, resellers and users to not only survive this challenge of the century but also belonging to the winners and taking more resilience to the business.

Your health and safety
are very important to us!
The current situation around the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the corresponding developments affect all areas of life. For us at Partner Tech, the safety and health of our partners, customers and employees is our top priority.
We are monitoring the situation closely and taking action based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities, and of course we will keep you up to date.
Partner Tech products and services are available without any restrictions. We are fully operational, our production is up and running, our supply chain is supervised and we are in daily contact with all our key partners on the supplier and logistic side.
For security reasons we have temporarily arranged that our staff is not allowed to attend personal meetings and that meetings are to be held digitally. We increased our long time in place hygiene measures, increased the home office possibilities, reduced personal contacts and digitize meetings.
What else are we doing?
- Invest more resources in the development of our Partner Tech Academy to provide training, knowledge and webinars online.
- Launching our Cloud-Device-Management (CDM) free of charge for interested ISVs for the time of this special situation minimum to end of 2020.
- Increasing our service capacity for on-site services in Germany, Austria, France, BeNeLux, Poland, Spain and Portugal.
