At Partner Tech, “support” means more than just handling IT tickets. It means being there for each other. Taking responsibility.
And sometimes, it even means walking 171 kilometers – for others.
Our colleague Daniel Hinz from IT Support is taking on a very special challenge from June 27 to 29, 2025: the Kölnpfad Ultra, a 171-kilometre ultramarathon around Cologne. But Daniel is not just running out of sporting ambition.
He’s running to make a difference.
Every step counts – for humanity.
With each kilometer, Daniel is raising donations for three non-profit organizations that are especially close to his heart:
Partner Tech is supporting him with €5 per kilometer.
And if Daniel completes the full distance, we’ll round the donation up to the next €500 milestone.

That’s why we’re inviting everyone to join in – even a small donation per kilometer can make a big difference.
Just 10 cents per kilometer adds up to €17.10 – and if 171 people take part, that’s an impressive sum.
